CE-TEK CEP252512PAI Glass Reinforced Polyester Junction Box is an ATEX certified enclosure designed for hazardous area electrical installations requiring intrinsic safety and high ingress protection. Constructed from robust black glass reinforced polyester (GRP) with anti-static graphite loading, it ensures durability and safety for industrial applications.

With IP66 ingress protection, it safeguards internal wiring and components from dust and water ingress in demanding environments. The enclosure features 40 blue intrinsically safe terminals mounted on a factory-fitted TS DIN rail, facilitating straightforward wiring for automation and control systems.

The box is certified to EN 60079:2007 standards, supporting Ex ia and Ex ib intrinsic safety, and is suitable for T6 and T5 temperature classifications up to 85°C and 100°C respectively. It has pre-machined 2 x M25 threaded cable entry apertures supplied with EX rated blanking plugs for easy cable management.

The junction box includes an integrated and punched earth continuity plate, and both internal and external M6 earth studs for effective grounding.
