RS PRO 319-742 Panel Mounted 250 mm Momentary Air Switch enables safe and reliable remote operation of electrical circuits, especially in hazardous and explosive atmospheres. This air-operated switch incorporates double-pole momentary air-operated elements with two SPDT microswitches working together to provide synchronous switching.

The electrical contacts are rated at 15 amps for 250 volts AC and 30 volts DC, ensuring reliable high-current circuit handling.

The panel-mounted actuator includes a 250 mm lead length and installs securely using the supplied 9/16 UNF nut or additional surface mounting holes suitable for M3 or No. 6 screws.

Its design permits use in challenging environments such as battery charging rooms, garages, laboratories, and other locations where explosive gases, vapors, or powders may be present, allowing full electrical isolation of the switch from hazardous zones.
