Product Description
Murata SCA3300-D01-1 is a high-performance 3 Axis capacitive 3D MEMS accelerometer sensor designed for surface mounting using a 12-pin DFL package. Operating between 3 V and 3.6 V, this sensor is capable of measuring precise accelerations with an excellent frequency response from 10 Hz to 88 Hz across a broad temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
The sensor incorporates a dual-element sensing system with over-damped frequency response, providing robust performance in industrial, automotive, and harsh environments characterized by vibration and temperature cycling. Its digital SPI interface enables easy integration into complex systems requiring reliable motion sensing.
