TE Connectivity HDP20 Series Connector Seal HDP20 is specifically engineered for use with universal Mate-N-Lok connectors, providing effective splash proof and immersion proof sealing for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations. This blue colored seal fits wire sizes from 28 AWG minimum crimp to 18 AWG maximum crimp and is compatible with plugs that accept size 20 DF pin contacts and receptacles that accept size 20 DF socket contacts.

The contact material used is phosphor bronze, which provides excellent conductivity and mechanical strength needed for reliable electrical connections with a current rating of 10A. Operating effectively within a temperature range of -30°C to 105°C, this Connector Seal is suitable for a wide range of industrial, electronic manufacturing, and automotive applications.
