Product Description
Schneider Electric GV4P50N is a TeSys GV series thermal circuit breaker designed for advanced motor protection in industrial and commercial applications. This 3-pole breaker operates at a rated current of 50A and voltage of up to 690V AC, making it ideal for 3-phase motors ranging from 11 to 22kW at 400V. It features a thermal magnetic tripping mechanism providing reliable thermal and magnetic motor protection.
The breaker supports adjustable thermal protection with a setting current adjustable between 20A and 50A, with selectable tripping classes of 10 or 20, allowing for customized motor protection. Its magnetic protection provides instantaneous trip at 17 times the rated current, while additional fixed protections include short time delay (Isd), phase unbalance, loss of phase, and ground fault detection.
The device includes a toggle switch reset actuator for manual reset and Everlink BTR screw terminals for robust and secure electrical connections. The circuit breaker supports motor start-stop control using a rotary handle for convenient operation.
