The electrode features a conical low-temperature glass tip (6 × 10 mm), specifically designed to penetrate semi-solid and viscous samples such as cheese, yogurt, dough, and ground meat. This unique design enables direct insertion into samples, allowing accurate and reliable pH measurements without the need for extensive sample preparation. The sensing glass is optimized for low-temperature operation, ensuring stable and responsive readings within the recommended temperature range of 0°C to 50°C.
