Hanna HI62911D Titanium Body pH Electrode is a high-performance sensor engineered for precise and reliable pH measurement in plating baths and demanding industrial environments. The electrode features a flat, recessed tip made from general-purpose glass, allowing accurate surface and immersion measurements while protecting the sensing element from mechanical damage in agitated or particle-rich solutions. Its polymer-filled design, combined with a double junction Ag/AgCl reference system, minimizes contamination and extends electrode life, ensuring consistent and repeatable results over time.

Equipped with a PTFE junction, the HI62911D resists clogging and maintains reliable performance even in viscous, dirty, or heavy metal-containing solutions typically found in plating baths. The built-in temperature sensor provides automatic temperature compensation, delivering precise readings across a wide operating range of 0 to 80°C.

An integrated amplifier reduces electrical noise, which is critical for maintaining signal stability in industrial installations. The electrode is fitted with a 7-pole cable and DIN connector, ensuring secure and reliable compatibility with process and laboratory meters such as the HI99131 series.
