Its glass body is durable and easy to clean, while the conical, low-temperature glass tip is especially suited for soft and semi-solid samples common in dairy labs and food industry QA/QC.

The FC2100 features an open junction system filled with viscolene gel electrolyte to minimize clogging, ensuring rapid response and stable readings even in samples with higher viscosity. Its built-in microchip stores electrode data, including type, serial number, and calibration history, making it ideal for GLP-compliant workflows and seamless integration with Hanna Instruments edge® series multiparameter meters.
