This microscope has an attachment of Epi-fluorescence LED system for use as a fluorescence microscope. It is designed with infinite plan objectives: 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X(s), and 100X(s, oil). It features a quintuple nosepiece, blue filter, built-in Koehler illuminator system, and field diaphragm with center adjustment. It also includes coaxial coarse and fine focusing adjustment with a rack and pinion mechanism and a fine focusing interval of 0.002 mm.
Applications:
Biological microscope is used in microbiology, cytobiology, cell and tissue culture, cell engineering, hybridoma technique, and other modern biological research. It is also used for dynamic observation of crystal surface growth and micro topography.
