Vertical Electrophoresis System LVES-A12 is a versatile unit with gel dimensions (W × L) 82 × 88 mm, enabling complete control over sample loading and casting dams, with a throughput of 11 to 60 samples. It can run one, two, or up to four gels simultaneously using a glass plate sandwich. The buffer volume of 1000 ml provides a cooling effect and stable pH during the process. The transparent glass allows gel observation from both sides. It is used for the separation, purification, and preparation of proteins, amino acids, and nucleic acids.
