Product Description
Horizontal Electrophoresis System LHES-A13 is a high-resolution horizontal unit with gel dimensions (W × L) 245 × 250 mm. Supplied with a gel tray and 7 comb positions, it offers complete control over loading samples and casting dams, with a maximum of 364-sample throughput. The large volume buffer of 2000 ml ensures cooling effects and stable pH value for running gel at high voltage. The transparent safety lid prevents electricity drip and sample volatilizing in the cell.
Applications:
Specifically designed for high-resolution analytical and preparative studies of numerous samples of nucleic acids, screening PCR products, cloning, and RFLP analysis.
