RS PRO 226-3795 is a high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR) rotary shaft seal engineered for industrial applications requiring reliable sealing of rotating shafts. It features an inside diameter of 35 mm, outside diameter of 50 mm, and thickness of 10 mm, making it suitable for driveshafts, crankshafts, and hydraulic cylinders where oil or grease lubrication is present.

The seal's nitrile rubber composition offers excellent resistance to common lubrication oils, hydraulic fluids, and grease, ensuring long-lasting performance. It should be noted the nitrile material is not suitable for brake oil, phosphoric ester, and ester base fluids.

Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 90°C, and the seal maintains hardness at 70 ±5 shore A, providing durability and effective sealing under typical industrial conditions. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 18.9 MPa and elongation of 438%, which contribute to the seal’s flexibility and resistance to wear.
