Product Description

Ruland FCMR38-10-10-A is a precision six beam flexible coupler featuring a 38 mm outer diameter and dual 10 mm bores with a length of 57.2 mm. Machined from a single piece of 7075 aluminium bar stock, this clamp style coupler offers high torque capacity and low windup characteristics suitable for light duty mechanical power transmission.

The design incorporates two sets of three spiral cuts that deliver zero-backlash operation and balanced dynamics, reducing vibration at high speeds up to 6000 RPM. Its torque rating of 13.56 Nm and low moment of inertia of 30.032 x 10-6 kg/m² make it ideal for precise servo motor to lead screw couplings.

The coupler supports angular misalignment up to 3°, parallel misalignment of 0.76 mm, and axial misalignment of 0.38 mm, making it adaptable to slight shaft misalignments commonly encountered in industrial machinery.
