Ruland FCMR38-14-10-A is a high-quality aluminium clamp style flexible coupler engineered for mechanical power transmission tasks requiring precise and reliable shaft connections. Manufactured from 7075-T651 extruded drawn aluminium bar stock, this coupler offers a combination of lightweight construction and robust mechanical properties. The six-beam spiral design with two sets of three spiral cuts ensures higher torque capacity and reduced windup compared to traditional single or four beam couplings. This design also enables zero-backlash operation and a balanced construction to minimize vibration at high speeds.

Capable of operating at speeds up to 6000 RPM and rated for 12.43 Nm torque, the coupler suits light duty power transmission setups with precise angular, parallel, and axial misalignment allowances. The coupling hardware includes metric M5 screws treated with Nypatch® anti-vibration technology to prevent galling and maintain high holding power under repeated installations.
