Ambersil 31892-AB Red Acrylic Resin Electrical Spray is a high-quality insulating varnish suitable for transformer manufacturing, motor repair, and refurbishment applications. It contains acrylic resin formulated to provide effective electrical insulation and protection in demanding environments up to 50°C operating temperature.

This liquid-form aerosol coating presents a vivid red color for easy identification and application control. It dries rapidly to a durable, tough film that resists electrical leakage and withstands exposure to moisture and transformer oils.

Designed to reduce motor rewind times, this varnish also offers noise reduction benefits for transformers and circuit assemblies. The spray is ideal for insulating repaired Electrical Components, terminal assemblies, and circuit boards exposed to moisture or challenging conditions.

The product cures by ambient air drying over 24 - 48 hours or can be accelerated using heat at 80°C for 2 - 3 hours. It performs reliably in tropical climates, supporting thermal insulating Classes B and F systems.

Provides durable insulation against high humidity and harsh environments. Significantly reduces rewinding time during motor manufacturing. Forms a tough, impervious film preventing electrical leakage. Exhibits excellent resistance to transformer oils and moisture.

Reduces noise in transformers and circuit assemblies. Dries to touch in approximately 15 minutes at 21°C for rapid handling. Can be cured by ambient air drying or accelerated heat treatment at 80°C. Suitable for use in warm and humid tropical climates.

Compatible with thermal insulating Classes B and F electrical systems. Available in 400 ml aerosol package for efficient application.
