Product Description

SICK CQ28-10NNP-KW1 Block Capacitive Proximity Sensor is designed for accurate non-contact detection of various media such as liquids, solids, and powders in industrial automation, packaging, plastics, agriculture, and food and beverage industries. The device features a compact and slim plastic PBT body measuring 46 mm in height, 27.6 mm in width, and 5.5 mm in depth, facilitating flexible mounting options.

This sensor operates with a maximum supply voltage of 30 V dc and detects objects within a 10 mm range when mounted non-flush. It employs an NPN output with a maximum switching current of 200 mA and supports a switching frequency of 10 Hz. The device ensures high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity in accordance with EN60947-5-2 standards and includes a programmable NO and NC outputs which can be easily set up via a pushbutton or externally through COM input wiring.
