NSK NAS15ALCE01PCZ guide block is a part of the NS series compact linear guides designed to meet modern demands for high-performance linear motion solutions. Featuring a carriage length of 56.8 mm and width of 34 mm, this guide block delivers robust dynamic load capabilities of 5750 N with a static load rating of 9100 N, complying with ISO14728-1 and ISO14728-2 standards.

The updated NS series replaces the older LS and LH range, boasting 1.3 times the dynamic load rating and a new groove design that significantly doubles load-bearing lifespan by enhancing ball and rail contact. This results in reduced surface pressure and extended maintenance intervals, improving operational productivity.

The guide block maintains identical installation dimensions with the previous LH and LS series, facilitating seamless component compatibility. A redesigned ball recirculation path optimizes noise reduction by up to 3 dB and intensifies suitability for high-speed operations.
