Constructed of UL 94 V0 flame-retardant and self-extinguishing polycarbonate with a foam polyurethane gasket, this enclosure ensures high resistance to dust, water, and mechanical shocks. The design features a recessed membrane keypad area with depths of 0.5 mm or 2 mm, suitable for mounting front panels and PCBs both in the lid and base.

The patented hinge system incorporates a quick-release latch mechanism that allows for tool-free opening and closing, while also having the option for screw closure for enhanced security. A lead seal can be fitted to protect against unauthorized entry (not supplied).
