Product Description
Gefran 400-DR-1-000 is a Panel PID Temperature Controller designed for precise and reliable temperature regulation with both logic and relay outputs.
The controller accepts a universal input compatible with multiple sensor types and provides dual outputs for heating and cooling or alarm functions. Its on-off control method supports a maximum load current of 5A.
The front facia is protected with an IP65 rating, allowing use in harsh industrial environments. The user interface includes a four-digit green LED display complemented by a two-color LED deviation bar graph for instantaneous monitoring of program deviation. Four control keys enable easy configuration and operation.
Additional features include self-adjusting and self-adapting functions with selectable auto/manual tuning, soft start functionality, and customizable alarms. Digital communication is facilitated via RS232 interface, and wiring connections are through screw terminals for robustness.
Operating temperatures range from 0°C to 50°C, supporting diverse industrial applications. The controller complies with EN 61000-6-2, CE, EN 61000-6-3, and EN 61010-1 standards, ensuring quality and safety.
