The enclosure measures 400 mm in height, 600 mm in width, and 120 mm in depth with an industrial finish in grey (RAL 7035) polyester powder coating over sheet steel for excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
Engineered to provide superior protection, it offers an IP66 rating ensuring the enclosure is completely dust-tight and defended against powerful jets of water, meeting IEC 60529 standards.
Additionally, it possesses an IK10 rating for impact resistance as per IEC 62262, protecting sensitive electronics from mechanical impacts equivalent to a 5 kg object dropped from 40 cm.
The enclosure's flat face, single-piece folded and welded body design simplifies installation and maintenance. It features a removable plain door/lid with captive screws secured by a PZ2 screwdriver captive screw lock for easy and secure access.
For equipotential bonding, the cover includes a welded M6 x 16 earth stud ensuring electrical safety compliance. The rear section is equipped with two or three drilled profiles (for widths up to 400 mm) to facilitate mounting plates or DIN rails, with fixing centers of 12.5 mm.
