MG Chemicals 8329TFF-50ML is a thermally conductive, fast-cure two-part epoxy adhesive designed for industrial and electronic assembly applications. This off-white, smooth, and thixotropic adhesive provides excellent bonding to a wide variety of substrates while maintaining flame retardant properties compliant with relevant standards.
The adhesive exhibits a thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/(m·K), making it highly effective for bonding heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components to ensure efficient heat dissipation. The 1:1 mix ratio facilitates ease of use, while the working life of 4 minutes allows precise application. The adhesive sets in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature and achieves a full cure within 4 hours, or faster curing in 15 minutes at elevated temperature of 65 °C (149 °F).
