MG Chemicals 8616-3ml Thermal Grease is a high-performance thermal interface material, formulated to optimize the transfer of heat between electronic devices and heat sinks or other cooling components. This product is delivered in a convenient 3 ml syringe, allowing for precise and controlled application. The paste consistency ensures minimal sagging, while facilitating strong contact with uneven or pitted surfaces between the heat source and the heat sink.
