RS PRO IP66 Silver Silver Lid Die Cast Aluminium Enclosure, model IP66, measures 76.3 mm in height, 165.8 mm in length, and 127.3 mm in width. It offers robust protection and shielding for a wide range of industrial electronic applications, laboratory instruments, and control systems where EMI/RFI interference shielding is critical.

Constructed from die cast aluminium alloy ADC 12, the enclosure provides excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability. Its natural aluminium finish has no external coating, making it compatible with powder coating if required for aesthetic or additional corrosion protection.

The enclosure meets IP66 ingress protection standards, ensuring superior dust tightness and protection against powerful water jets. Its sealing system includes a neoprene gasket and self-adhesive seal that operates effectively between -20°C to +80°C.
