Constructed with a steel body finished in Weartec-Plus for harsh environment resistance, the shock absorber utilizes a hardened stainless steel piston rod and hardened steel rod end button with insert to significantly suppress noise during operation. This self-compensating soft contact unit effectively handles weights ranging from 1.4 kg up to 2088 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.
The integral mechanical stop at the front end of the unit enhances safety by preventing over-travel. Its low initial impact reaction forces and operating temperature range of 0°C to 66°C ensure reliable performance in diverse working conditions.
