ideal-tek A2ACF ESD Replaceable Tweezer features 40mm carbon fibre reinforced plastic tips with flat, round, very fine, and straight points suitable for precise handling tasks. The tips are made from PA66/CF30 polyamide 66 reinforced with 30 wt% carbon fibre, providing excellent rigidity, tensile and flexural strength, along with fatigue and creep resistance. These replaceable tips are heat stabilized and exhibit low friction, self-lubricating properties, and excellent wear and abrasion resistance.
The tweezers are ESD safe, ensuring safe interaction with sensitive electronic components and devices.
