RS PRO 185-3998 3 Core Power Cable 6mm² Cross Linked Polyethylene is a steel wire armoured (SWA) cable designed for heavy duty electrical power transmission. This cable features stranded copper conductors insulated with thermosetting XLPE, offering excellent dielectric strength and corrosion resistance even at elevated temperatures up to 90 °C. The galvanized steel wire armour provides robust mechanical protection against external damage, making it ideal for harsh environments.
Designed for voltages up to 1000 V and a minimum operating temperature of -15 °C, this cable is suitable for underground installations, indoor and outdoor use where durability and reliability are paramount.
