Igus Chainflex CF31.25.04 (25m) is a high-performance 4 core power cable, engineered for industrial power supply and automation systems. Manufactured with a flexible thermoplastic elastomer jacket, this cable delivers exceptional abrasion resistance and protection against harsh chemical and oil-based environments. Its patented core bundled design supports small bend radii, ideal for cable carrier 'echain' and other dynamic applications, ensuring long-lasting lifetime and minimising downtime.
The cable comes with four stranded copper cores of 2.5mm² each, promoting reliable conductivity and flexibility. The black jacket is both oil-resistant and offers medium UV resistance, making it suitable for indoor installations and select outdoor use above freezing temperatures.
Rated at 1000V and 600V, Chainflex CF31 can handle challenging industrial power demands. It is flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, CEI 20-35, FT1, and VW1, and meets ROHS-II, CE, and EN certification standards, confirming its safety and regulatory compliance. The cable operates reliably within a temperature range of -15°C to 70°C.
