Product Description
HARTING RJ Industrial Series RJ45 Connector Female, model RJ45, is a Cat5 shielded right-angle Ethernet connector designed for through-hole mounting on printed circuit boards. It features a compact form factor with six ports, providing a reliable interface for industrial and electronic communications.
This RJ45 connector meets the IEC 60 603-7 standard and supports data transmission speeds of 1 Gbit Ethernet, compatible with 10/100 Mbit Ethernet speeds. It supports PoE (IEEE 802.3af) and PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) power over Ethernet applications, facilitating integrated power and data delivery.
The connector's housing is constructed with brass plating nickel alloy for shielding and durability, combined with a UL-94-V0 rated black thermoplastic insert for flame retardance. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze plated selectively with 15 μ" gold over nickel to ensure excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
