nVent SCHROFF 16230-006 Novastar Series 20 U Floor Standing Server Cabinet is engineered for housing 19 inch servers and racks with a height of 945 mm, width of 553 mm, and depth of 500 mm.
This server cabinet is manufactured in France with a steel external case and die-cast aluminium extrusion uprights featuring 19 inch cut-outs for easy mounting. The grey finish provides a professional and clean appearance suitable for various industrial and commercial settings.
The Novastar series is designed to offer both lightweight mobility and robust static load support. The cabinet supports up to 200 kg of equipment weight within 9U to 25U rack units. It features quick release side panels with twist-locking catches which are recessed flush to maintain a slim 553 mm overall width, optimizing space utilization.
Ingress protection rating IP20 ensures protection against solid objects over 12.5 mm, while no liquid ingress protection is provided. The cabinet can be fitted with doors (ordered separately) that open to 180° to provide easy access while enhancing security. Accessories such as rear panels, base plates, slide rails, shelves, castors, and bases/plinths can be ordered separately for customized configuration.
The construction of the side panels and flush top cover uses 1mm steel sheet with available colors RAL 7035 or RAL 7021 grey. Four feet included for stable floor-standing installation. An earthing kit is supplied to ensure electrical safety compliance.
