Product Description

Vishay VLMU1610-365-135 UV LED is a ceramic-based mid-power UV light emitting device designed for durability and long lifetime. This device features a single InGaN LED die emitting ultraviolet light at a peak wavelength of 370 nm with a typical radiant flux of 50 mW.

The ultra-compact Surface Mount Technology (SMT) ceramic package measures just 1.6 mm by 1.6 mm with a height of 1.4 mm and includes a water-clear silicone square lens to provide a wide viewing angle of 135°.

The LED can operate at a forward current of up to 60 mA, delivering a typical radiant power of 20 mW at 20 mA and up to 55 mW at 60 mA with gold-plated terminations ensuring superior electrical contacts.

This device is RoHS compliant and suitable for multiple industrial and commercial applications including photocatalytic purification, industrial curing processes, poster printing curing, counterfeit money detection, nail and teeth curing technologies, and blood detection devices.
