Product Description

RS PRO 125-2348 Plastic Cover is a gusseted shroud designed for protective anti-static packaging. This pink plastic cover measures 1.25 meters in width and 1.85 meters in height, making it ideal for covering pallets and containers in industrial and cleanroom environments.

Manufactured from a 3-layer co-laminated dissipative polyethylene, the material is low tribocharging combining LD, HD, and LD polyethylene layers, providing excellent protection against static charge accumulation. The gusseted design allows the cover to naturally wrap and protect items without requiring added supports, ensuring full coverage from top to bottom.

The surface resistance of the plastic cover is less than 10¹¹ Ω, complying with IEC 61340-5-1 standards, offering reliable electrostatic discharge safety. The moisture vapor transmission rate is rated at 2.7 grams per square meter per 24 hours, which helps maintain a controlled environment for sensitive components.

With a thickness of approximately 80 micrometers (+/- 10%), this protective cover balances durability and flexibility for industrial, electronics manufacturing, and cleanroom applications. It is RoHS compliant, meeting environmental and safety regulations.
