Product Description

RF Solutions RFM95W-915S2 LoRa Module is a high-performance wireless transceiver designed for industrial, IoT, and commercial applications requiring long-range and low power communication. It features an outstanding receiver sensitivity of -148 dBm, made possible by the advanced Semtech SX1272 chip utilizing LoRa™ chirp spread spectrum modulation techniques.

The module operates within the 433/868/915MHz ISM frequency bands and supports multiple modulation schemes including LoRa™, FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, and OOK, ensuring compatibility with various protocols such as IEEE 802.15.4 and wM-Bus. The device communicates using a serial SPI interface, facilitating seamless integration with microcontrollers and embedded systems.

Power efficiency is achieved with operation between a supply voltage of 3.3V to 3.7V. The compact form factor of 16mm length and 1.8mm height allows installation in constrained spaces.
