Ruland MCL-5-A Aluminium Shaft Collar is a one piece, single wide collar designed for secure shaft fastening using a clamp screw mechanism. It features a 5mm bore diameter, 16mm outside diameter, and a width of 9mm, finished with a gloss coating for enhanced surface protection.

Constructed from high-grade 2024 aluminium, this shaft collar offers superior screw seating torque and durability. The clamp design ensures that the collar does not mar the shaft while allowing indefinite adjustability and easy removal. The highly controlled face to bore perpendicularity (TIR of ≤ 0.002" or 0.05 mm) makes it suitable for load bearing faces and precise mechanical stops.
