Product Description

Amphenol Advanced Sensors NPI-19J-050G2 is a high-performance digital output pressure sensor within the NPI-19 Series, designed to measure gauge pressures from 0 to 50 psi with exceptional accuracy and stability. This sensor incorporates silicon sensing elements with SenStable® processing technology, resulting in outstanding sensitivity, minimal hysteresis, and linear response suitable for demanding industrial and automation applications.

The sensor provides a 14-bit I2C digital output that facilitates precise pressure data acquisition and easy interfacing with automation and control systems. Its robust stainless steel housing and threaded process fittings make it suitable for deployment in harsh environments, including gas and liquid media monitoring.

Operating reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, this sensor maintains a ±0.25% Full Scale Accuracy and ±0.5% span long-term stability, ensuring durable and consistent performance in applications such as industrial automation, HVAC systems, fluid control, and laboratory instrumentation.

Designed for low power consumption with a typical current draw of 3 mA and supply voltages between 2.5 V and 5.5 V, the NPI-19J-050G2 sensor also offers safety with 2X overpressure and 3X burst pressure ratings, enhancing its robustness under challenging conditions.
