Product Description

Broadcom HDSP-2133 is an 8-digit, 5x7 dot matrix alphanumeric LED Light Pipe designed for precise and reliable alphanumeric display needs. Featuring a 5.0mm character height, this module is housed in a compact standard 7.64mm, 32-pin DIP package ensuring convenient integration in various electronic systems. The green LED offers a luminous intensity of 7.5mcd at a dominant wavelength of 626nm, providing clear visibility in multiple environments.

Powered by an onboard CMOS integrated circuit, the HDSP-2133 can decode a comprehensive set of 128 ASCII characters from its internal ROM and supports 16 programmable symbols via onboard RAM. This flexibility is enhanced with seven adjustable brightness levels, allowing for tailored display intensity and efficient power management. The device operates effectively across a wide temperature spectrum from -55°C to 85°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial and electronic applications.
