Bergquist SP400 Series Self-Adhesive Thermal Interface Pad SP400 is a 0.178 mm thick, fibreglass-reinforced silicon rubber thermal pad engineered for superior thermal insulation and heat dissipation.

This flame-retardant and non-toxic material serves as a thermo-conductive insulator ideally suited as an interface between power devices and heatsinks.
