Ideal for embedded development, this Click board plugs into mikroBUS sockets on MikroElektronika microcontroller development boards, enabling streamlined application expansion.

The core VL53L0X sensor employs a safe 940nm Class 1 VCSEL laser emitter, compliant with eye-safety standards, allowing deployment in sensitive environments. Its absolute ranging capability is notably independent of target reflectance, ensuring consistent measurements across diverse materials and surfaces.

Operating reliably even under high infrared ambient light, the LightRanger 2 Click supports selectable I/O logic levels of 3.3V or 5V.
