Product Description

RS PRO PT100 RTD Sensor model PT100 is a high-quality temperature sensor designed for precise industrial temperature measurements. Featuring a rugged 316 stainless steel probe with a diameter of 4 mm and a length of 90 mm, this sensor provides robust protection of the sensing element ensuring longevity even in demanding environments.

The sensor utilizes a Class B platinum resistance temperature detector element, complying with IEC 60751 standards, resulting in high measurement accuracy and stability across a temperature range from -50°C to 200°C. The four-wire configuration provides enhanced accuracy by compensating for lead and contact resistance.

The probe termination consists of bare wire tails with 1 meter of durable Teflon insulation, providing excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal protection. This configuration allows easy connection to various temperature measurement instruments with 2, 3, or 4 wire PT100 compatibility.
