Product Description
Fibox PC H 95 G ENCLOSURE is a high-quality polycarbonate enclosure from the Piccolo series, designed for industrial and electrical automation uses. This enclosure delivers superior protection with an ingress protection rating of IP67 and IP66, ensuring dust tightness and protection against temporary immersion in water. Additionally, it features an IK08 impact resistance rating offering strong mechanical durability.
The enclosure measures an external height of 95 mm, width of 140 mm, and length of 170 mm, including the lid thickness. Its body is constructed from robust polycarbonate material in light grey (RAL 7035), coupled with a grey lid that includes a polyurethane gasket for excellent sealing, secured by polyamide screws. This design is ideal for upright mounting on walls, poles, or frames.
The Fibox enclosure box is tailored for mounting and protecting electrical and electronic components such as push-buttons, pilot lamps, terminal blocks, motor starters, junction boxes, and process control sensors and switches. It is halogen-free complying to DIN / VDE 0472, Part 815-1, UV resistant conforming to UL 508, with a glow wire test rating of 960°C according to IEC 695-2-1. Its compliant design addresses standards including SGS Fimko, GOST R, and GL certifications.
Temperature tolerance is broad, supporting short term exposure from -40°C up to 120°C and continuous operation from -40°C to 80°C, making it suitable for challenging environmental conditions.
The enclosure is shock resistant and features mounting plates or DIN rails attachment via base screws. It offers complete electrical insulation and excellent impact protection with IK08 rating.
