Product Description
Weidmüller 1024650000 is a brown-colored, heavy duty feed through terminal block from the WDU series offering 1-level screw clamp connection. It supports wire sizes with cable cross sectional area up to 95mm² and is rated for a maximum voltage of 1kV and current of 232A.
This terminal block features a self-adjusting connection system that provides constant force transmission relieving the need to force large conductors into the clamp. The hinged terminal cover and rising clamp allow easy adjustments using a 6 mm hex socket head.
Constructed from durable nylon 6.6, it offers continuous temperature resistance up to 120°C and short-term tolerance to 180°C. This material is self-extinguishing to UL94V-0 standards and free from harmful substances like cadmium and halogen.
The current bar is made with 10 mm electrolytic copper ensuring excellent conductivity and current carrying capacity surpassing nominal ratings. Its design includes safety from finger touch (VBG 4) and provides extreme distortion resistance enabling longevity and reliability in harsh industrial environments.
