KEMET C0603C102K1RACTU is a high-performance Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor featuring a capacitance of 1 nF and rated for 100V DC operation with ±10% tolerance. This surface mount device is housed in the standard 0603 size package (1.6mm length, 0.8mm width, 0.8mm height) making it ideal for compact PCB layouts.
Constructed with an X7R dielectric, it offers excellent temperature stability over a range from -55°C minimum to 125°C maximum operating temperature. The capacitor is a non-polar device with a stacked construction ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
The termination type is solder with a 100% pure matte tin finish, which delivers superior solderability and durability. It complies with industry standards such as J-STD-020 and IPC-7351, as well as EIA 624, 556, and 481 ensuring high manufacturing quality and compatibility.
This capacitor is suited for automotive grade applications although it is marked 'Automotive Standard: No', and performs well in mission-critical circuits requiring stable capacitance, low losses, and high ripple current capability.
