Product Details

Pyrheliometers are used to measure solar radiation. They consist of an optical system which focuses sunlight onto a photocell, and a thermocouple or resistance temperature detector which measures the intensity of the incident radiation. The output signal can be displayed as either a direct reading or as a percentage of maximum power.
