Rigol RSA6000 Series Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, wideband 5 kHz–26.5 GHz platform, for advanced RF testing and diagnostics.
The RIGOL RSA6000 Series Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, available in RSA6085, RSA6140, and RSA6265 models, is a high-performance RF analysis platform designed for wireless communication testing, vector signal analysis, EMI and EMC diagnostics, spectrum monitoring, and advanced research applications. It combines real-time spectrum analysis with general-purpose swept-spectrum analysis for detecting both continuous and intermittent RF signals.
The RSA6085 provides frequency coverage from 5 kHz to 8.5 GHz, the RSA6140 extends coverage up to 14 GHz, and the RSA6265 supports measurements up to 26.5 GHz. With real-time analysis bandwidth expandable to 200 MHz, the series can capture broadband communication signals, transient interference, frequency-hopping activity, and short-duration spectrum events.
Optional Vector Signal Analysis software supports in-depth analysis of broadband digitally modulated signals. Optional Analog Demodulation software provides analysis for traditional modulation formats, while specialised applications support Bluetooth Low Energy, LoRa, Zigbee, phase-noise, and pulse measurements.
The optional EMI measurement application works with CISPR-compatible filters to support conducted and radiated emissions pre-compliance testing. It helps engineers locate electromagnetic interference sources, compare results with applicable limits, and improve product designs before formal EMC certification.
Frequency-mask triggering helps capture intermittent or unexpected signals that meet user-defined conditions. The wide real-time bandwidth and multiple display modes allow engineers to view relationships between frequency, power, and time, making it easier to identify transient interference and changing spectrum behaviour.
The 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen provides convenient control of frequency, span, bandwidth, amplitude, trigger, marker, trace, and analysis settings. USB, LAN, HDMI, and SCPI support enable remote operation and integration with laboratory networks, manufacturing systems, and automated test equipment.
Typical applications include RF component testing, wireless-infrastructure development, IoT and embedded-system validation, EMI and EMC compliance testing, automotive electronics, aerospace and defence signal analysis, communication-system troubleshooting, manufacturing quality assurance, spectrum monitoring, and laboratory research.
Available Models: RSA6085 | RSA6140 | RSA6265
