Hanna BL932700 Mini ORP Process Controller is a compact, high-performance instrument designed for precise and continuous oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) monitoring and control in industrial, laboratory, and water treatment applications. Engineered for reliability and flexibility, this controller offers seamless integration into both automated and standalone dosing systems, making it an ideal solution for process environments requiring consistent ORP management.
The BL932700 features a space-saving design with compact dimensions (83 × 53 × 99 mm), allowing easy installation in panels, cabinets, or wall-mounted configurations. It supports any standard ORP electrode with a BNC connector, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of probes and simplifying system integration. The controller also includes a 4–20 mA analog output, enabling direct connection to SCADA, PLC, or other monitoring and control systems with loads up to 500 Ω.
Designed for flexible process control, the unit offers selectable automatic or manual dosing modes, allowing operators to adapt to various operational requirements. The adjustable dosing relay (250 VAC/2A max, fuse protected) can be configured to activate above or below a programmable ORP setpoint within a ±1000 mV range, supporting both oxidizing and reducing control strategies.
The controller is equipped with a large, easy-to-read LCD display that provides clear, real-time ORP readings and setpoint visibility, enhancing usability and process monitoring. A manual calibration trimmer (CAL) enables quick and accurate calibration, ensuring long-term measurement precision.
