The BL983321-12VDC TDS Mini Controller is a professional panel-mounted process controller designed for highly accurate measurement of total dissolved solids (TDS) in a process stream within the 0.00 to 19.99 ppm (mg/L) range. Engineered for industrial, laboratory, water treatment, and commercial water quality control applications, this compact mini controller provides reliable, continuous monitoring and control of TDS levels.

The controller features a large LCD display with a protective cover for easy reading and durability. It offers flexible dosing operation with a user-selectable automatic or manual dry contact relay. The automatic mode activates the relay above a user-set TDS set point, allowing direct actuation of solenoids to switch DI tanks, open valves, or manage process dosing. The dosing set point can be adjusted across the full range of 0 to 19.99 ppm.
