The HI1000 Series HI1016-3815 Process Digital pH Probe is a high-performance industrial sensor designed for continuous pH measurement and control in demanding process environments. Engineered for compatibility with the HI510 Universal Process Controller, this probe features a PVDF body and a ceramic reference junction, offering excellent chemical resistance and robust operation at high temperatures.
Equipped with a built-in PT100 temperature sensor, the probe delivers precise measurements with automatic temperature compensation. Users can choose from three glass types—low temperature (LT), high temperature (HT), and hydrofluoric acid (HF)—with corresponding pH measurement ranges: 0 to 12 pH (LT), 0 to 14 pH (HT), and 0 to 10 pH (HF). The flat-tip, polymer-filled electrode and double junction reference system ensure stable readings and extended service life even in harsh chemical processes.
