Product Description
The HI1000 Series Process Digital pH Probe is a highly advanced industrial sensor engineered for continuous pH monitoring in manufacturing, water treatment, chemical processing, and other critical industrial environments. Featuring a 15 meter (49.2 foot) direct wire cable, this probe includes a hydrofluoric acid (HF) resistant ceramic reference and a chemically robust PVDF body, making it suitable for aggressive chemical applications.
The probe integrates a PT100 platinum temperature sensor for precise temperature compensation and delivers stable signals via RS485 digital output, making it immune to the electrical interferences common in analog probes. The 3/4" NPT threaded front end enables straightforward insertion or submersion mounting to process lines or reactors. The HI1000 Series supports multiple glass types—LT for low temperatures (-5 to 80°C), HT for high temperatures (0 to 100°C), and HF for measurements involving hydrofluoric acid—offering measurement flexibility depending on application needs.
