Hanna BL983315-2 TDS Mini Controller is a compact and highly reliable solution designed for precise monitoring and control of total dissolved solids (TDS) in industrial, laboratory, and water treatment applications. Engineered for panel-mounted installations, this controller features a clear and large LCD display with a protective cover, ensuring easy readability and durability even in demanding environments. With a measurement range of 0.0 to 199.9 ppm, it is ideal for maintaining water quality in processes such as reverse osmosis, ion exchange, distillation, and other purification systems.

The controller offers flexible operation with both automatic and manual dosing modes, allowing users to control connected devices like dosing pumps or solenoid valves whenever TDS levels exceed the set threshold. It includes a dry contact relay with a maximum rating of 2A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC, along with a fuse-protected design for enhanced operational safety. The integrated 4–20 mA analog output ensures smooth connectivity with external monitoring and automation systems, supporting efficient process control.

Equipped with automatic temperature compensation from 5 to 50°C and a correction coefficient of β = 2%/°C, the controller ensures accurate readings across varying environmental conditions.
