Product Description

The Hanna HI510 Universal Process Controller is an advanced automation solution and process indicator tailored for industrial, laboratory, and water treatment applications. Featuring a large graphic LCD display, the HI510 offers intuitive setup and real-time monitoring of key process parameters such as pH, ORP, and temperature.

Designed to be highly configurable, the controller accommodates up to 5 relay outputs and 4 galvanically isolated analog outputs, providing robust control and cleaning sequencing for your system. Multi-color LEDs and a vulcanized rubber keypad enable straightforward operation and clear status indication. Connectivity options include RS485 and USB-C ports for PC interfacing, remote management, log retrieval, and firmware updates using HI92500 Windows® software.

Compatible with HI10X6 series pH/temperature electrodes and HI20X4 series ORP/temperature electrodes (ordered separately).
