Product Description

The Fluke Process Meter, 789 is an advanced diagnostic instrument for both electricians and instrumentation specialists who have had experience working with control loops and industrial devices. It integrates a complete digital multimeter with a precise mA loop calibrator that allows users to conveniently measure, source, and simulate 4-20 mA signals, all from one compact instrument for diagnosis of process control devices.

In addition, the Fluke 789 Process Meter features a built-in 24 V loop power supply with a selectable 250 ohm HART® resistor to make testing transmitters and diagnostics of loops easier. The Fluke 789 Process Meter measures and displays AC or DC voltage up to 1000 volts, with true RMS capability providing dependable measurements. The large dual display provides simultaneous viewing of mA and percentage of span, thus improving the efficiency of the calibration and troubleshooting processes.

Designed for use in industrial environments, the Fluke 789 Process Meter is rated at CAT III 1000 volts and CAT IV 600 volts. Whether validating control loops, testing transmitters, or troubleshooting, the Fluke 789 Process Meter will deliver reliable operation as an all-inclusive instrument.
